This product is ideal if you don’t have much space. It can deliver a good workout and most anyone will find somewhere to store it afterwards. I use it every morning and would be very satisfied except for having to keep buying replacement cables. The mechanism relies on a steel cable which, in my case, lasts about 3 weeks and I am on my fourth. The cables cost about $10 to replace including shipping and take around 20 minutes to install. I have to say that I’m looking for a similar but more reliable product at this point.
Maybe someone who uses this machine less frequently might have better results. BTW, at around 180 pounds I am well within the recommended weight requirements (250) for this product.

Works your legs and arms. Love that it counts calories burned. Lost some weight and gained some weight. So far so good.

This is a great little machine for getting your exercise in while watching TV. Had some squeaking, but it went away once the joints got warmed up. And I do mean warm–it gets hot under the unit when you really get going, but that hasn’t hurt our hardwood floors. Forces you to balance, which is actually good since you engage other muscles. I don’t use the hand things.

I just got this machine but I am confident that this will bring me the weight loss I need with-out going to the gym for $30/month. It was very easy to assemble and comes with a workout DVD so you can get started immediately & correctly. I am excited about this and will update on my weight loss!!!

Product arrived as expected. I have lost 18 pounds in 1 month following the DVD and keeping a healthy diet.
